ABS CBN’s teen King and the leading man in the post-Valentine movie “Crazy Beautiful You”, Daniel Padilla, was nominated in this year’s Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards (KCA) under Favorite Asian Act Category. Along with the 19-year old actor are Indonesian girl group JKT48, Malaysian Youtube sensation Jinnyboy, and Singaporean actor Tosh Zhang.
Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards is an annual award that honors the year's biggest television, movie, and music acts, as voted by Nickelodeon viewers. The nominations were announced on February 20, 2015, when the voting started, and it will end on 28th of March, 2015.
Nickelodeon's 28th Annual Kids' Choice Awards will be held on March 28, 2015 at the Forum in Inglewood, California hosted by Nick Jonas, a former member of Jonas Brothers.
In Philippines, KCA will air on March 30 via the Nickelodeon cable channel.
