ABS CBN's most successful love team, KathNiel, in a post-Valentine romantic movie directed by Mae Cruz-Alviar entitled Crazy Beautiful You, which is set to open in theaters nationwide on February 25, 2015.
The story revolves around the lives of Jackie Serrano (Kathryn Bernardo) and Kiko Alcantara (Daniel Padilla). Jackie has a rebellious spirit that forces her mother (Lorna Tolentino) to take her in a medical mission in some community in Tarlac. Kiko was assigned to look after her and make sure she gets all her tasks done. In the middle of their mission, they both found themselves in a crazy yet beautiful adventure that changes their lives forever.
Together with Kathryn and Daniel are veteran actors Lorna Tolentino who will play the role of a mother desperately seeking for the forgiveness of her daughter from the mistakes she had committed in the past. And Gabby Concepcion who portrays the role of a father correcting his wrongs for his son to deserve him as a father.
Iñigo Pascual, who just started in the entertainment industry, will also star in the said movie as Marcus. He will play as a young man who will be a hinder to the destiny of Jackie and Kiko. As well as Neil Coleta and Kiray Celis playing as sidekicks of KathNiel.
In Crazy Beautiful You, Jackie and Kiko will prove to everyone that true love has the ability to heal one's wound and that love is worth all the risk regardless of the painfully crazy adventures you'll go through in life.
For all the KathNiel fans out there, not only will you see an entirely different sides of Kathryn and Daniel but you will also notice how their chemistry is unbelievely growing stronger on and off screen.
Definitely a must-watch movie for everyone.
